A lot people today are suffering from insomnia at various degrees. I often have a difficult time with that too. When I do, listening to sleep stories like The Little Elephant who Wants to go to Sleep often does the trick. I am lucky since I can listen in two languages (four of you count Danish and Norwegian as well), but at the end of the day, you can only listen to the same three stories so many times before you get sick of them. I am currently working on two different sleep stories where you will use your imagination to go on a relaxing journey that will, hopefully, help you fall asleep. It is early days yet, I am still drafting the scripts so I have no idea when they will be done yet.
